"We arrived onsite to have the front door lock be broken, there was mold on the bannisters, there was water stains in several rooms, and bug beds in the new matresses. We brought all of this up to the property manager and he made excuses for everything, did not offer to clean or fix any of the problems ..."

"This was our first trip to Fairbanks and so I choose this BandB because of the price The room was clean and the bed not so soft. Your morning breakfast is a frozen jimmy dean sandwich and a little jar of orange juice so no homemade breakfast. The owners are very nice and accommodating."
