"This hotel is nice and clean. They were very helpful whenever we needed something. The room didn't have a microwave, but they provided one the moment I asked. All staff members were nice and polite."

"Room was not cleaned until third day o stay. When I went down at 9 am and told person at front desk they picked up the phone and said they would send someone up right away. When I came back at 3 pm room still had not been cleaned. I asked cleaning person in the hall who said no one called to tell them to clean room. Many other examples of poor customer service. Here’s just one of many: before I checked out I texted to have my car sent up. When I came down my car was there but it was locked and there was no one present to retrieve the keys. I don’t blame the line personnel on the cleaning staff, in the restaurant or on the valet service but clearly the managers here have no concept of good customer service and should be dismissed."

"I was thrilled that they were able to take dogs.. which was fantastic but it was a $75 a night charge. They put us on the third floor facing the parking garage where parties happen at night and the street below was so incredibly noisy and echoed up into our room all night until about three or 4 AM and then around 5 AM. We had somebody that might have some psychiatric issues screaming at the top of their lungs to wake the blank up while banging on a street sign for about a half hour… so we had a very restless evening the first night we were there. I told the staff about it. She goes well. You should just pick up the phone and call me. It’s right by your bed. The phone was not by my bed 😬and at that point, I was just trying to get some sleep. I just found the hotel not to be clean. I did ask for a higher floor and mentioned it was a special occasion that I was bringing champagne when I got there the refrigerator wasn’t even plugged in so after traveling about five hours, I was left with warm champagne until the next day. The food at the restaurant that’s in the hotel is subpar the drinks ..the same and very overpriced. For a Hilton hotel, it’s probably one of the lower end hotels that they have and the price point is still quite high. I do not recommend this hotel. There are a lot of hotels downtown in Providence. I would avoid this one like the plague."

"For two days the elevator did not operate. I am 84 yoa and that meant climbing four floors. My room was on the fourth floor. I was simply told "the stairs are to the right of the elevator." The Breakfast was good, when available. It was not always available. Thank you for requesting my evaluation. John Bolduc (room 405)"

"A lower cost solution for graduation weekend. I knew from the price and some of the pictures that this property was more of a bargain than a hotel and it was located in a student housing section near campus which made it very convenient. Cleanliness could be better. A bit outdated which is fine. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work so I was asked to go down to the basement to find the circuit breaker panel. No luck as it was located behind about 20 boxes of storage stuff. No bueno."

"This is my second time staying in this property. The place is clean, the shower is wonderful. They have a parking spot in the property which is great. It is fairly close to PVD mall, its about 5 min by car, so maybe 15 min walking. There is a Walmart, Aldi and other grocery stores around. A dessert shop, Golden Crest, couple streets away. Several cafes and places to eat. Communication with the holst is very good. I told him that one of the chairs was broken and he responded very fast. Also when the internet password was changed he texted right away. Instructions to get in the apartment is very clear. It is a little noisy but that is expected for a place this close to the city. They have a fully functional kitchen, microwave, toaster, fridge, some pots and pans and dishes. The coffee bar is cute, minimalist but is great for coffee lovers. There is always extra towels and the beds are comfortable. They dont have a laundry room but there is a laundry place close by. Overall is a good place to stay, a home away from home. "
