"This is our new stay to place while in Providence - easy access from and to all the major Hwys, connected to a shopping mall, and staff are very friendly, and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants downtown - this year we upgraded to a studio suite and we enjoyed it so much - spacious, clean, and so very quiet - the family enjoyed the stay"
"The property was great! Exactly as listed on the property listening which was good. Communication could have been much better by the property manager but we made it work. Only downfall (which has nothing to do with the property) was that neighbors lit fireworks behind the house and all the residue from the fireworks landed on all of our cars. "
"This unit was ideal for the last leg of my east coast trip. Host was responsive, unit was private, and cost was very reasonable for the area considering the amenities. I was able to walk to many places nearby. I didn’t do laundry during my stay so I can’t review that, but the bathroom and kitchen provided were more than adequate. The ceiling slant and shower were just tall enough for me and I’m 5’10, so be mindful if you are on the taller side. However, the listing was very clear about it being a top floor unit, so this was not a surprise or downside. Also because it is on the top floor, it can get warmer than the rest of the building pretty quickly on a hot day, but the window unit along with wall unit kept the sleeping area nice and cool. Overall, my stay here was integral to my first visit to the ocean state!"

"Only issues we had was there wasnt enough towels to accommodate everyone but luckily we brought our own, also the yard could have been cut grass was overgrown and the cleaners didnt get all the trash that was in the back yard"
