"The house is very clean and well put together. Very spacious and accommodating for large groups. Heated garage was awesome! Sauna was great after a cold night at Bentleyville. Owners were accommodating and very responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!!"

"The room was a little dirty, had spilt coke/pepsi on the bathroom floor and a shaver cover as well. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff through out our stay were all awesome. There was a young lady at the desk that was especially helpful in giving us a late check out. Thank you!"

"Communication was great. The property was well maintained and well stocked with amenities. We had 5 children 8 and under and there was plenty of room to play and enjoy all that Duluth has to offer. Our son and his wife attended college in Duluth so we were familiar with the area. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice walking trail for the dogs. "
