"We had a wonderful time! The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the screened porch and took full advantage of it. There were a couple of times I needed to reach out to the host because of changes in plans and she was more than accommodating. As a couple of the reviews mentioned, the cottage is close to the highway and you can hear the traffic. If that is something that bothers you foam ear plugs might help block out the noise when you're trying to sleep. The next time we visit Travelers Rest again we'd love to stay here again! "

"The property was perfect for our group of 4 friends exploring Table Rock State Park. Very close to good food options too. We had an issue getting in to the property and Jacob was very prompt in responding and getting us in quickly. One person in our party left something behind, and Jacob quickly located the item and got it back to us. Would be happy to stay here again when in the area. "

"We weren’t given check in instructions and had to call (they responded promptly but still frustrating as we didn’t know where to go or what our door code was). Hot tub was fully booked (the entire reason we came) so we didn’t get to use it. Store was sold out of almost everything. We were woken up in the middle of the night to someone possibly chopping wood? Sounded like it was a tree getting hit by lightning repeatedly for 30 mins. Scared us all. And I left with a screw in each of my back tires. Not worth the money and prob won’t be back. Tent was nice and warm though. "

"The canvas cabin was basically brand new as were all the furnishings. Same for the entire facility. Everything was clean and new. It was a nice glamping place. I was worried about heat, since it was about 50 degrees. The space heater worked like a champ. I stayed there to bicycle the Hincapie Gran Fondo about 3 miles away at Hotel Domestique. It was a quick and easy commute. The camp store and bathroom facilIty was also basically brand new and very nice. "
