"Our stay at Zermatt Spa & Resort has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality has been over the top and beyond. Every smile, every welcome, and every act of care made us feel like family — not just guests. What touched me most was how much love they showed my daughter, who turned 3 on 11/23. They made her birthday unforgettable! They sang “Happy Birthday,” extended her celebration for 9 more hours, gifted her balloons, a birthday tiara, and even more surprises. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying, “This is the best birthday ever!” My heart was so full. A huge thank you to Glenda, Austin, the receptionist team, Engineering, the Chef & Waiter, the Sparkle Crew, and the incredible General Manager, Scott. The mountain view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the early mornings. And I have to say… my favorite place was the bathroom. They truly thought of everything! From the perfect makeup mirror to the tub with a built-in seat, it felt luxurious, comfortable, and so well-planned. "Easy parking, clean environment. The phone in room didn’t work and there were no batteries in the remote, but the front desk was prompt in fixing the remote issue. Only weird part was when I was sleeping before my work meeting and I received a call from the front desk asking if I was smoking in my room because they could smell it and I was the only one on the side. I was in fact not smoking and sleeping… no other issue came of it. Just found that odd."
