Great location a beach view, residents in tower were very friendly and welcoming.Condo was great - lots of space, full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi made our stay easy and enjoyable. Host was very responsive to any questions.Nearby activities like the Mississippi Aquarium and Ship Island which should be on everyone’s list.

Legacy Towers is beautifully manicured, appears clean, appears well maintained, and secure. The condo is quiet, spacious, uncluttered, with an outstanding view of the beach, sound and pool. Spacious deck with tables and seating for eight. Great view!! The kitchen has updated appliance, with essentials for food prep, cooking and dining. With the exception of the living room and king bedroom, the unit is well lighted. Comfortable beds, bedding, towels, and living room furniture.

The host was welcoming and provided quick responses. We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be beautiful and well located. The space has great potential; however, the furniture could use updating, and the appliances feel dated. The dishwasher also needs repair, as it did not function correctly during our stay. With these improvements, this would be an excellent rental.

Overall decent

The property is well appointed. Realized the first night that there wasn’t a travel crib , even though the listing included it. They finally provided one about 7:30 that evening. On the first day, we noticed the bottomIf our feet were black from the floors. Mentioned this to the property manager and they left a mop, bucket and cleaning solution at our front door so that we would mop it ourselves. Lastly, the temperature kept defaulting to 74 degrees which was too hot for our crew.

The initial check-in was not good. VRBO did not inform the location that we were staying there and when our check-in dates, times, and names were. Thankfully, the owner of this unit was able to be reached and he took care of everything. VRBO could not be reached When I needed their assistance. We called more than six times and sent multiple messages in the app and emails and had no response. Until the owner got involved. I have rented through VRBO five times now and have never had this happen before. Hopefully this is a fluke.
