"A good hotel and central to everything. Most places of interest are a max 30-40 min walk away and marina/beach is 15 mins or so in a taxi. Recommend it."

"This hotel was extremely inconsistent. Front desk staff was detached and cold, and provided the least assistance we experienced over 5 weeks in Spain. The food hours were posted in the elevators only for us to find they didn’t match what was posted. Our room was well put together but had a main door with far too much open space between its bottom and the floor allowing too much light and noise into our room. And one day, housekeeping didn’t replace consumables we had used in our room. On the other hand, when my wife needed to eat when the kitchen was closed in late afternoon, the bar staff was incredibly helpful and facilitated a small meal very quickly that allowed her to take urgently needed medication. This individual, Isabell also provided ice when my wife needed to treat severe swelling and arthritis pain in her foot and ankle. This prompt assistance enabled my wife to continue with our planned activities as we finished the last few days of our visit to Spain and returned home as booked. This hotel is located right in the middle of the busiest part of València. While very convenient, it was actually too close to the crowds and we would have been happier a block or two away from it’s location."

"We had the most amazing stay at this hotel while celebrating my mum’s 70th birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were so warm, welcoming and attentive, and the whole experience was truly special. Hospitality really should be like this everywhere! The location is perfect if you’re looking to stay in the area, and one of my favourite things about the hotel was the terrace. It has a lovely little pool, which is just perfect for cooling down and relaxing after a day out. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so lovely and memorable, especially on such a special occasion for my mum. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We’d happily come back!"

"The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and professional, and the room was absolutely impeccable. The location was excellent, just minutes away from the cathedral and several other beautiful attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Lovely lovely staff at this retro feel hotel Its nice, it does need a refurb .asap. Plumbing seems to be struggling. Rooms are basically equipped . The TV was quite small & no refrigerator. There is an excellent supermarket across the road and the hotel breakfast is lovely"
