Hotel Cádiz Bahía by Q Hotels

"Excellent hotel in superb location on the beachfront in Cadiz. Spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms and facilities. Swimming pool area lovely with very comfortable day beds and our group of 8 were able to get beds at any time of day without issue (and in peak season). Towels provided and can be changed as frequently as you wish. Pool bar serves drinks to your sun beds and food there also lovely and reasonably priced. Food in buffet restaurant also delicious and varied with grill section offering a different selection of meat and fish every night. There is also a rooftop bar which is not well advertised but is the perfect place for late night cocktails, also very reasonably priced. It is possible to walk along the beach front into the old town although it takes at least 45 mins. Plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. A taxi was about €6-7. Also plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel as well as supermarkets. Playa Victoria is a great sandy beach and has sun beds for hire and is safe to swim. Amazing ice cream shop (Mira) next to hotel entrance was a winner with children and adults alike, long queues in the evening but fine during the day. Overall one of the best hotels that we have stayed in Spain and we travel there regularly. Highly recommend and look forward to returning."

"This beautiful and welcoming property with rooftop mirador is centrally located within a pedestrian zone. Not so convenient if traveling with a car. Expect to pay more than 20 Euros for daily parking if using nearby city garage that can be difficult to navigate. Great find and friendly staff including owner that lives onsite."

"I was staying in a single room and it was really spacious. The room has a desk, a desk chair, and a single cushioned chair. The bed was comfortable with two different types of pillows. You have a safe, a kettle, and a fridge. The tea was very mild and if you like strong tea, I would suggest you to bring your own. The bathroom is a shower over a bathtub. The hotel provided a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel. It has a hairdryer. The location was great as it is very central to everything. The museum of Cadiz is literally behind the hotel. I had breakfast included during my stay. I would not pay to have the breakfast. The highlights of the breakfast were a ranges of pate for the bread, the pineapple juice, and my favourite was the lactose free milk option (I believe they have soy and oat as well but not all three at the same time). I saw they have a gluten-free section for people with coaelic completely separated from the main breakfast area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and the price was reasonable comparing to most of the other local hotels."

"Very friendly staff & they were all so welcoming to our 1yr son. The gym was also pretty decent for a hotel gym - was able to get a full work out in. They also had massive beach towels you could rent. Overall great stay:)"

"This apartment has so much potential. The location was amazing, right on the beach, walking distance to everything, a short bus ride in to the old town. The apartment itself was not up to par. It was extremely dirty, there was old kitchen wash cloths that hadn't been washed, towels were all mismatched, the bathmat looked like it hasn't been washed,ever, no soap in bathroom, one roll of toilet paper for a family of 4, stained comforters, it needs a good clean. No AC and no wifi, if they hired good cleaners and put some TLC like fix the broken stuff throughout, this place would be a gem!!"

"One large space with lots of room - perfect for a group wanting a place to sleep while exploring the beautiful city of Cadiz. Best of all, the host was amazing: helpful, efficient, and welcoming. A great option if you don't want to pay the high prices of luxury hotels in Cadiz."
