"Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — especially Eduardo, who greeted us with a smile from the moment we checked in late at night until our last evening. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any issues or personal requests were handled with genuine care and attention. There were a few small details that could be refined to make the experience feel truly five-star. For example, the bath salts weren’t replenished after the first night, and clearer communication about the rooftop pool being reserved for suite guests would have been appreciated. A few of the other reception staff could also take inspiration from Eduardo’s open, transparent, and welcoming approach, which made us feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in an exceptionally beautiful hotel, and we left with many happy memories."

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "

Parking is conveniently located just 5 minutes away at a paid lot (€10/day). The hotel itself could easily be a 5-star property—rooms are spacious, featuring high ceilings, designer amenities, and intricate colonial-inspired decor. The refurbishment has been done beautifully, making it feel like staying in a treasure cove. The staff are exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. However, a few aspects fell short. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and lower-quality ingredients, more fitting for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast area was often crowded due to limited seating. Additionally, while the rooftop terrace has great potential, it feels unfinished and lacks atmosphere or charm. Overall, this is a stunning hotel in a prime location, but improving the breakfast and rooftop experience could elevate it to the next level."
