"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties...

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me.
