"Everything at Oro Verde Hotel Guayaquil is great, however I’m having a lot of difficulty in obtaining a refund for a future night that I cancelled. The front desk at the Hotel are very helpful, the issue is with Expedia and another on-line company that secured the reservation that I paid in full."

Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, service, and convenience — I highly recommend it and look forward to returning. El personal fue amable y atento, la habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, y las comodidades (piscina, Gymnasium Taxis, Spas, Hairsalon, eventos y shows)eran de primera. La ubicación es conveniente tanto para negocios como para placer, y el desayuno buffet ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas. "The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly — even though the shuttle doesn’t run from midnight to the early hours, they arranged a taxi for me to get to the airport. Overall, five stars!"
