"Beautiful property"

"Clean room and the staff are very helpful"

"The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean but had no air conditioning so thats why Im giving 4 stars. The night got really humid. Breakfast was delicious. They have a dog and a cat which I love to see establishments being kind to animals. They also have a convenient store right next to the hotel that was definitely a plus."

"Habitación amplia son tipo cabañas, el personal muy amable."

"Hotel was absolutely incredible. Loved all the amenities. Pool and hot tub were great and the massages were wonderful. Staff is super friendly and excited to be there and it shows. Would 100% recommend."

"Room was clean and there were a lot of options for breakfast, always fresh fruit and service was great!"

"Very nice place"

"Excellent place to stay! Friendly staff and nice food "

"Amazing property I could stay there every time I come back"

"Cleaning staff was great, view was really nice. Property was nice. But the not so nice, seen a scorpion that was kinda scary. Seen 3 cockroaches, 2 pretty big spiders. Kinda sucks you have to ask the staff to turn on the hot tub. Min fridge/bar treats pretty expensive. Getting to and from the place was a bit of a mission. But over all would stay there again."

"The best in the area"

"Excellent hotel delicious food and great staff!!!"

"Great stay! Awesome service, great food and very aesthetic environment"

"Es la Hacienda más bonita que hemos visitado. Llena de detalles y con mobiliario y decoracyde cuando se fundó. Las fotos de expedia no hacen justicia a la preciosidad de casa y jardines. El entorno es absolutamente mágico. Hay incluso preciosos caballos en el jardín. Las habitaciones son a cuál más bonita llenas de detalles antiguos. Los baños igualmente preciosos y funcionales. El desayuno muy bueno también. Con seguridad volveremos."

"Nice staff, good location, nice and clean room"

"Availability of Wi-Fi"

"Oct 15/2022 **UPDATE !!!>> We were here a year ago when Luis and wife were present and giving a superb and excellent service, caring for the guests. Loved the place then. Now it is my last choice on booking or recommending this hotel. This place may be now under new management. At time of check in was fast and no issues since we were here before. We solicited SPA and massage services for next day by noon. For breakfast time next day we were asking to have our breakfast on our balcony via...

"The location was closed to the city. Hotel is set up in a private gated property that was a large farmhouse "finca" It had individual small cabins for 2 people to 7 people. Not very big, but comfortable. The pool and the facilities were great. Gym, Clay Tennis court, small soccer field and plenty of places for a walk. The breakfast was included a la carte and served in very spacious open area with the view of the property. The view of the landscape was great. No need for AC because of the...

"Es una estancia rural, cómoda pero muy sencilla. Las actividades ofrecidas, la piscina y zonas húmedas están bien. El servicio es aceptable. Sus dueños están presentes y muy preocupados por atender bien a sus huéspedes. Se podría mejorar un poco el desayuno."
