"I arrived to find that my door wasn't closed and wouldn't lock/would automatically open when other doors were banged on the floor. I asked staff to come and look and had to ring them again to remind them 30 minutes later. When he did come up to look, he gaslit me by pretending he couldn't open the door from the outside and that it was locked from the outside...even though I could open it again from the outside after he left. He also assured me that I was 'very safe' which is very sinister given that he pretended that the door was locked. He was aware I was a solo female traveller in a room with no working lock on the door. Disgraceful and would heavily warn other female travellers against this place."
