"This an apartment with the view, south facing so great for all sun lovers.The beach is about 10 minute walk away and 25minutes back - what a climb! The apartment is very clean and spacious and great for exploring mojacar by car or bus.We stayed for 4 weeks between September and October and the weather was very hot even when it rained loved it.Would absolutely recommend Julie as a host and the property for a stay - enjoy."

"A fantastic villa in the perfect location. The villa was excellent with loads of outdoor space a huge roof terrace and a great swimming pool. The location is perfect being a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and bars,but down a very quiet side road. Maria who was there to communicate with was amazing and sorted out any issues we had straight away.I will definitely be back to stay again"

"This villa is amazing - the perfect place for a relaxing week away from it all. The views are fantastic, the pool is perfect to cool down in and the villa has everything you need. The position is great - up in the hills so very quiet and not overlooked, but close enough that you can still walk into town. If you're not a hill fan you may want to get a taxi back, which is easily enough to do. The holiday was the perfect combination for us and our 4 teenage girls (14 - 18yrs) - sunbathe by the pool all day and go out for dinner and to a bar at night, with the odd beach trip. The beach nearest the villa is definitely one of the best. The town is also good - very safe with just enough nightlife to keep our girls entertained, but no late night rowdy crowds or bars. "

"Our stay from start from finish was excellent. Communication with property manager was good. Instructions were clear. Apartment is stunning along with the complex. Location is a bit out of the way but ideal for peace and quiet btu the beautiful beach opposite makes up for it. Overall we have had a lovely few days and will definitely be going back. "
