"Our family had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe El Portillo, and I want to highlight the people who truly made our vacation special. Kids Entertainment: My daughter Victoria absolutely loved the activities! A huge thank you to Luisairis, Beba, and Dominga — they are incredibly warm, energetic, and creative. Every day Victoria ran to them with a smile, and we always felt she was safe, engaged, and genuinely happy. For my son Daniel, the entertainment team was fantastic as well. Special thanks to Victor Calois and Barron for their positive energy, fun games, and personal attention. They created a great atmosphere for older kids and made Daniel feel included and confident. Spa Experience: We also visited the spa, and it was wonderful. Esther and Gricel provided excellent service — very professional, gentle, and attentive. After the treatment we felt relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend! Overall, the hotel has a great family-friendly vibe, clean territory, beautiful beach, and an amazing team that really cares about guests. We are grateful for all the moments they helped create for our children. Would love to return again!"

"10/10 We had the absolute best time. This place is magical and the people who work here make it so special. Ricky, Alex, Michael, Mikey, etc. the entire staff are so amazing. Breakfast and dinner are cooked fresh each day, lunch is included technically as you’re given a voucher and it’s only a five minute walk away, still on site. If you are a lover of the outdoors, island life, adventure and/or adrenaline (zip lines, quads) then this is the place for you. The staff is very accommodating, and kind. The tours that are offered are a blast and your stay here will be amazing. Regardless of which room you get, you’ll have a great stay. Please consider staying here, this place gives back so much to its people and is so special. Do not be deterred by the drive from the airport, from Santo Domingo its 3 hours and punta Cana is 6 but it’s so worth being away from crowds and enjoying time away from tourism and technology. "
