"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"FOOD: Compared to other all inclusive hotels we’ve been to (cape verde, greece, antalya) food here is so far the best. Stayed fo 13 days and no issues whatsoever especially with our 15mo old STAFF: all very friendly and polite. Facilities: POOL they have fantastic paddle pool for babies and toddlers, they also have pool area for older kids. Adult section in front of the castle and an infinity pool adults only area facing the sea. Soft play area Nursing room-changing facilities, steriliser (which I am very surprised that they have), microwave and sink. Restaurant,ala carte and bars Amazing food at the buffet Ladon: steak house- I highly recommend people to try the T-bone, its for extra charge of 51euros but definitely worth it. Nemuru-asian restaurant- not so impressed Il paradiso- il edit this review once we tried it. No issues getting drinks with bars, sometimes staff will also come to you at your table to ask for your order. They also have a fastfood style restaurant by the kids pool area where you can self order on their kiosk. They have cheese bites, burgers, hotdogs, wraps, chips etc in there. Only issue I had was for the first 5 days room aircon wasnt working and I reported it to them since day 1, infairness to them they tried to sort it out but its really not working. They offered us a room change but we are not really keen to pack our bags again, check out at 12nn and wait 3pm for the new room. Fan was offered but when we said yes to it, nothing was available."

"The apartment we had was on the first floor which gave us an elevated view and the surroundings are beautiful. The national park is on one side with sea views and the pool, looking out over the coast, was on the other. Absolutely beautiful setting. The apartment was 3 bedrooms which worked out perfect for us. It was spacious with plenty of supplies. The area is quiet with a couple of restaurants nearby but not as many as we were expecting. We loved the pool area, it’s very quiet, which we loved. We had an issue with the air con but I will say that once we had raised the issue Menceyes Holidays went above and beyond to rectify the issue and help us and we found a happy medium, although it did still effect us on and off. I would consider staying again purely down to how responsive they were to this issue. The sofa cushions need cleaning in between, it was filthy and not our mess. The hoover and drying racks need updating. I was really impressed with how clean the washer and oven were but you could do with some larger glasses for drinking, we only found the pint glasses towards the end of the holiday. Some of the glasses are also chipped making them unusable. You also need more pegs for the washing line, I was lucky I had bought my own."

"Beautiful home in a peaceful area, that is also close to any ammenities you're searching for. Everything was accurate and the home was new and comfortable. Jose was a fantastic host that was available anytime we had questions. I was very happy with the solarium and loved the kitchen in particular! I highly recommend this accomodation."
