"We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. "After taking into consideration that this place is 50 years old; • Year Built: 1976 • Last Major Renovation: 2016 • Property Type: ??(for your decision)-star beachfront all-inclusive resort with 125 rooms I gave this resort 5 Stars for the following:”, even though from others it is lower for these reasons: I have been enjoying this hotel’s hospitality since 2024 and each time I stay here, they staff always makes me feels at home. Despite me being unable to speak their language as well as I should, yet together we always manage. The buffet style breakfast, Lunch and dinners have never disappointed. It is more of a tradition local style food in my opinion. Love the daily rice and beans which is available for eat meal. Alsama Tours is generally onsite for your excursion needs as well as transportation to or from the airport. You can reach them through WhatsApp"
