"Amazing stay! We arrived at Wyndham Palmas in PR for my first trip ever with Wyndham . Wow, Im so impressed! New management and chef with a gift for perfection! I worked for Holiday inn & this is NEXT LEVEL in every way. Staff at front desk: Jayson incredible with every offer at wyndham he thought would enhance my first trip to Puerto Rico. Next Xiomar drove us to our car & even to another wyndham so I could buy goggles as our specific shop didnt have any . Alanis up front is friendly and had great suggestions and opportunities for us- Sebastian at the bar shared a lot of the beauty of the culture and tons of knowledge of the island - also makes a terrific drink & great service even under duress after a storm. Efrain helped with my crazy luggage and finding our way to our room & locations of activities, smores , super sweet and always smiling. And of course we got to know Darlene & Richard in the Cafe' keeping us fed & coffee content. Our room was bright & immaculate .Chirps of froggies & birds all around was soothing . Pools were clean, and the view stunning. We had 6 days of bliss . There was activities nightly from boho night to collector cars- jewlery & clothing boutique on site was awesome-Even if you had nothing planned there was plenty to do - This was by far my favorite vacation of 52 years. After this experience we cancelled our December trip to Iceland & rebooking Worldmark with Wyndham 6 day tour! Wyndham Palmas is TOP TEIR!!"

"This house was even more amazing than portrayed on the listing…definitely a 5-star property. Everything was immaculate on our arrival…a superb job by the cleaning crew. The hosts could not have been more communicative or responsive, both before our arrival and during our stay. They offered suggestions on activities and sites in the area, answered our questions, and seemed to genuinely care that we all had a great time. Best hosts ever! The pool and hot tub are beyond amazing, and there is a baby pool as well, which our younger grandchildren really enjoyed. The house had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom and ample pool towels…something not always offered. We love to cook as a family, and this property let us do it all. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with condiments, seasonings, spices, and baking/cooking basics such as flour and oil. It includes a wide selection of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, mugs, and glasses. There are 2 ice makers and 3 refrigerators, a toaster and Emeril oven, electric kettle, blender, and coffee maker. We really enjoyed the poolside seating area with couches and table, the gas grill, and a pizza oven. First-rate hosts and house made our family vacation a spectacular one!"
