"Beautiful property on a hill with spectacular views of the ocean. Large spacious rooms and authentic Costa Rican food. Reliable shuttle to connect to the beach since the hotel is on a hill and walking up/down the hill an be challenging. Really warm ocean waters and hot temperatures with no humidity. Relatively no mosquitoes around this time of the year!"

"Room was great! Infinity pool and restaurant were even better. Amazing view of the ocean. The shuttle service was amazing. It came every hour (sometimes twice hourly) to drop off up to 10 guest down the hill to the town area and/or beach club. The beach club was awesome! Very cleanly and nice access to the beach."

"Excellent stay at the Dunama Hotel in Playa Flamingo. Rooms cleaned daily, comfortable beds, sliding glass doors to ocean view decks, tasty meals, stairs to black sand beach for swimming and snorkeling. Nice pool and swim up bar, fun lobby with early evening music. Lobby managers can help with arranging offsite sailing, etc."

"The resort is beautiful! Our rooms were clean, well kept, and had a beautiful view of palm trees and the pool. Staff was kind and easily accessible. Highly recommend the Club level- the adult only pool and lounge chairs were a favorite component!"
