" This was one of the most unsanitary hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There were spider webs and bugs throughout the room, which made it clear cleanliness is not a priority here. The food and drinks were also disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. Customer service was extremely poor. Communication was difficult at the front desk, and getting assistance felt frustrating and unhelpful. On top of that, there were serious electrical issues—my iPhone 17 Pro Max took nearly 9 hours to charge, which is completely unacceptable. Safety is also a major concern. There appears to be no real security, and the front entrance is open for anyone to walk in. I would not consider this a safe environment, especially for families or children. Overall, this hotel failed on every level—cleanliness, service, functionality, and safety. Do not be misled by the photos. I would not recommend staying here."

"Beautiful and peaceful resort. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful. Pools very clean and lots of lounge chairs around. Swim up bar nice. Rooms were clean and kept well. Nice relaxing outdoor space with hammocks, couch and table for certain rooms which I would highly recommend. Air conditioning worked well, showers had hot water. Food was ok-good. Location is great. Short walk to all restaurants and the busier area. Right on the water and close to the beach. Beach is mostly rocky so can’t swim right there in the ocean. Would come back again."
