"Everything was fantastic, my host Joan was incredibly welcoming and helpful in making my experience in Bocas great.
I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows.
The food was delicious, especially the lobster!!

"There was lots of room inside, not terribly comfortable but comfortable enough. It was nice outside, but I stayed out too long and got eaten by the sand fleas. It was actually a pretty nice location. There was a little trouble communicating, but the staff was very nice and helpful."

"Really noisy, I even approached the lobby representative (lady) and informed her about the noise during my stay. She did confirm that next to room 203 there is a storage room under the stairs. The first night it was a disturbing noise around 11:30 pm. m. and the next night it was a loud noise again around 4:45am. m. and 6:40 a.m. m. (same day).
I also paid for room 202 as well and my family members also complained about noise coming from lobby staff near room 202.

"The property itself is beautiful - quiet, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking to relax and disconnect a bit. The room was in great shape and very comfortable.
There's no direct beach access from the hotel, but right out front you'll find a surf spot. Even if you don't surf, watching the surfers battle the waves is oddly entertaining and a great way to spend time doing nothing (in the best way).
The hotel offers a shuttle to a lovely sandy beach, which is a nice touch. Just a heads-up: the waves can be pretty intense, so swimming is mostly for the brave, the confident, or the slightly reckless.
Last but definitely not least - the staff. Seriously amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind."

"We received a room upgrade due to being assigned the wrong room upon arrival. The room was brand new and large with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant meals were excellent with good portions. And the pool with the swim up bar was a welcome treat.
