Playa Diamante Tours and Activities

The resort was beautiful, great pools and places to eat. The food was just OK. The rooms where nice to look at but the MOLD Oder was unbearable.. We had to switch our room 3 times loosing our whole first day there and making a really bad first day all around.. Our Mattress in the first 2 rooms were covered in black mold that was actually coming through the sheets. It was so bad and the staff did not care and and offered a late check out for our inconvenience LOL it took 3 hours out of our first day there and put us in a horrible mood, missing the beach and pools our first day. I got up at 2AM that day to get there early for my flight for a noon arrival and it was 6pm by the time we got things finalized. A late check out did nothing for us as we had to leave at noon the day we were leaving, I am highly allergic to mold and had an infection on my leg and could not sleep in a bed full of mold, They offered nothing to accomodate us at all. Then when we finally got a room the safe was broke and when we called the front desk they said we had to wait there for them to come fix it. So we lost another hour.

The casino and pool were expectacular! The rooms very clean. The staff very kind.

This resort is absolutely gorgeous. It’s well taken care of and clean. We loved the quiet pool and the drinks from the preferred bars. The beach is perfect, no seaweed and soft sand. Our room was large and clean. Our butler took care of anything we needed and we loved our stay. Will go back.
