You will love this property!!! Luxury Ocean View Loft on 5th Avenue
- Beautiful Luxury apartment on the famous 5th Avenue. Located on the newer north end of 5th Ave, nestled in between trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. This brand new studio is walking distance to all that is exciting and fun in Playa. Since it is in the newer part of 5th Ave, you are close to all the excitement and far enough away from the noise to enjoy the peace and beauty of Playa Del Carmen.
This unit is well equipped with all the modern amenities you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The roof top offers a gorgeous salt water infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Ocean. The apartment is located just a few blocks from the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen.
Guests have the whole apartment to themselves and they can use the rooftop terrace and outdoor furniture.
The Building has 24 hour security guard at the entrance.
Guests have concierge service before and during their stay.
It should be noted that there is construction noise in the area. But please note there is construction noise all over Playa del Carmen as it is a growing beach town.
