  • All Countries next to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico are experiencing a wave of seaweed. The conditions are dependent on the currents and weather and can determine the usability of the beach club. We can not control beach conditions but you can monitor the situation on the live WEBCAM on LetsGoPDC.

    Winner of Top 25 in Mexico, Top in Luxury, and Top in Romantic, 2014 & 2013, no other property in Playa del Carmen has won all these top three categories. The complex also received recognition from The New York Times and USA Today for its design, luxury, and excellence in service as well as Travelers Choice Award from 2013-2020.

    This is the ONLY CONDO WITH IT'S OWN BEACH CLUB RESTAURANT on site. This complex offers the best amenities that Playa has to offer. It includes heated pools. You are allowed the use of both facilities in the Beachside & Oceanfront buildings. The Beachfront (located in the back of the Oceanfront building) AND WHERE THIS UNIT IS LOCATED..is a smaller, more private property, while the Oceanside (located on the sand), is larger and will have more activity - as well as the on-site beach club restaurant.
