The pool was only a jacuzzi tub, 1 metre deep. Fridge was bar fridge, stove 2 burners, dishes and cookware minimun, no table and chairs inside to eat at. No laundry facilities, no dishwasher, TV quit, replaced with only Netflix. Toilet needed repair 3 times. Not connected to shopping centre. No managers reception. Over priced and very over rated for unit. Very disappointed.

The team there are amazing!They were very helpful and kind.all the way from the management,housekeeping as well as the maintenance man. I would love to stay again,the rooms were great,if I could have brought home the wonderful king size bed I would have. Absolutely comfortable! I highly recommend amend this place!

The place is nice and clean. The pool was under renos the entire time we were there, which was a bit annoying. The kitchens are usable but very small. I do wish they would have provided drinking water.

Large spacious bedroom with a patio except that it was on the ground floor. The toilet flush did not work and neither could they move us to another room nor get it fixed. As you can imagine the next morning was a bit of a problem. The room did not have any supplies of coffee, tea, sugar etc.

The unit was spacious, big bathroom, good AC, and located walking distance from everything. The main 2 criticisms are that the unit was advertised as having kitchen, but was missing most of what would be needed to cook anything. Also it's listed as having a Laundry but that's not the case - they can give you directions to an affordable local laundry service though.

I didn't get around to using the tub which is why I originally booked this room. The first night was a little rough. No hot water, there was only one towel in the room and there wasn't a blanket so we froze during the night and slept pretty terribly. But we got a blanket and another towel and figured out how to lock the sliding door and how to open the safe. So after fixing those issues it was an alright stay 😊

Cute boutique hotel with all the essentials. The staff are very attentive to your needs and very friendly. The location was perfect for us because we were near the beach, night life, and restaurants. We would definitely return.

No sleep on the last night
1st of all let me say Gerardo at the front desk was amazng and the location of the place couldn't get any better but the room style and decor was very outdated on the bed was a bit hard. Overall it was a pretty good stay and I would stay there again in a heartbeat but Saturday night I told the night shift manager I needed to wake up at 5:30 in the morning well at 10:30 at night people in the lobby started making loud noises screaming running around an hour later they were still going and I have to get up because they interrupted my sleep I told the young man at the front desk to please keep it quiet and very unprofessionally he said they're leaving anyway then at 3 in the morning I. Woke up again by the same noises I had to get up and ask them to be quiet again so that died I only got about three or four hours of sleep because of that incident alone I will never stay there again

We truly recommend this place. Is fabulous.
The place was great. All people in lobby gave us great attention and all the information we asked for; even when the hurricane was arriving, they did their best to have everyone safe and comfortable.

Our room was nice, we had a private hot tub (it was dirty with bugs, but we did enjoy it after cleaning it). I was a little disappointed they didn’t have a pool. Security was hood & the front desk staff was very nice

The hotel was not bad except for the owners. BEWARE if someone is willing to pay more, they WILL and DO give your room away. We were traveling and picked this hotel specifically for the room with the jetted tub to finally relax. The owner gave our room away and had no apologies for guests that had not even arrived. The room we were put in was ok, and the guy at the front desk was nice. The breakfast is a resturant nearby with only two options but it is a cool location and that owner is very sweet.

GOOD PLACE - GREAT LOCATION - GOOD PRICE
Overall the hotel is great, the breakfast is at a great place about 150 yards away and you have the choice of four good meals. The downstairs rooms are really just hotel rooms but if all you want is a place to sleep, it is fine. The staff could not be better. We would stay again.

Some construction 2 buildings over... But not really an issue.... Great eat bar 1min walk corner 10ave and 14 calle.... Drinks 23$ pesos... Best deal for appetizers and beer or micheladas ! Very good location 1block away from 5th ave and 2 blocks away from scotiabank ATM

Such a beautiful suite! Very spacious and clean with tons of brand new amenities (microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee). Lovely place and excellent staff. I would only recommend looking into the noise coming from the bathroom fan in suite 103.

The entire hotel is immaculately clean. We also appreciate the included breakfast. The place we went for breakfast a short walk away but right on Quinta Ave. had a beautiful courtyard and tasty food. At night, the hotel is very quiet. We've stayed more than once and it doesn't disappoint.
