We would like to take this opportunity to respond to your comments and clarify some important points.We honored your VIP status when we personally escorted you to your room and presented you with a complimentary bottle of wine for being a VIP member, as mentioned.We are aware that noise can be a problem for some guests, especially those looking for a peaceful rest. That is why we offer earplugs free of charge. Additionally, if the noise continues to be a problem, we are always willing to move our guests to a different room, if availability allows.In your case, your stay was only one night, which limited our options for resolving the noise issue. However, we would have liked to have the opportunity to speak with you in person to find a solution that would satisfy you.The bars you are referring to are not part of our hotel. While we cannot control the noise they generate, we are constantly working to improve the soundproofing of our rooms.We offer a complimentary breakfast that includes coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, toast, sweet bread, jam, hazelnut spread, peanut butter, butter and cream cheese. While some items may run out if there are many guests having breakfast at the same time, we always strive to replenish them as soon as possible.The construction you are referring to is nearing completion. It is true that there may be noise during the day, but it does not occur on weekends.We apologize for the power outage that occurred during your stay. It was beyond our control. We tried to notify all of our guests as soon as we were notified but unfortunately your phone number was out of service and we were unable to contact you. The power outage was scheduled from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and was actually from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.We strive to offer our guests a pleasant and comfortable experience. We regret that your stay was not satisfactory. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account to improve our services in the future.
