Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive at the time that suits you within the established check-in window. We do not have on-site staff in the unit, but our team is always reachable by message for anything you need.



The Area:

You are just steps from Playa del Carmen's vibrant Fifth Avenue, the heart of the city, packed with shopping, fashion boutiques, artisan shops and a famous culinary scene from authentic Mexican to international cuisine. You're also near cultural attractions and entertainment. Don't miss the nearby beaches, such as Mamitas Beach, a short walk away, and plan excursions to the breathtaking cenotes and Mayan sites.



Getting Around:

The condo is in a prime location, a short walk from Fifth Avenue, with taxi ranks and bus stops nearby. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 50-minute drive away. Paid parking is available on-site. Explore the area easily on foot, by taxi or by public transport.



Other Things to Note:

Important condo information:

- The pool and beach access are available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

- Wi-Fi is available inside the apartment but not in common areas.

- The on-site gym is currently closed.

- Strict occupancy policy: no more than the maximum occupancy is allowed inside the unit or to use the shared facilities.

- There are bars and nightlife nearby; light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.



Before arrival, we will request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, along with the signed condominium regulations. This is required to authorise access and maintain good relations with neighbors.



Wildlife: you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out in the open.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.). Extra cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an additional cost.



Air conditioning: please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C for proper operation.
