Welcome to the Descanso condominium in Menesse within The City condominiums in downtown Playa del Carmen. This condominium is managed by Peninsula Properties.
It has a king bed and a TV where you can rest and watch your favorite series. The living room has a double sofa bed so it can accommodate up to 4 people. Also, enjoy its high-speed internet and its fully equipped kitchen.
This condominium is located inside the complex which isolates it from outside noise so you can rest peacefully.
The City Menesse condominiums have 2 swimming pools, gym, movie theater, children's play area and private parking: completely free. The complex features a rooftop bar terrace, 24-hour security, and a spa (with an additional cost).
Your location is just a few blocks from white sand and turquoise beaches. Just around the corner is a fruit and vegetable market: DAC, and across the street is the Mega supermarket. In the surrounding area there is a wide range of restaurant and shop options, for example the bohemian pedestrian Fifth Avenue is just 3 blocks away with over a mile of shopping and dining options.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
