Love the place since it is a nice property, however I feel the service has deteriorated significantly to the point that I feel multiple times that staff on the hotel were rude. The place is nice but I will not recommend it to people because of the bad service, they were friendly staff members in some areas but to many rude ones who at some point intimidate you.

The dining options at the resort were mediocre. The pools were always dirty with debris. Our room flooded with water after a rainstorm overnight.

Overall nice grounds and well maintained. Large resort. Rooms are spacious. Food quality was not as good as other resorts I have been to for both the individual restaurants and the buffet. The booking of restaurants is done via an app which is frustrating to use and restaurants are often booked days in advance. Been to multiple resorts and I found this booking system to be the worst. The beach was also relatively not that great with lots of seaweed despite the best efforts of staff to clear it. The nicest area of the beach is cordoned off for a separate paid for area called the chill out restaurant which is an additional fee. All in all it’s good value if you get a deal but certainly didn’t meet expectations for a 5 star resort.

Well, when we arrived at the reception the staff was very rude they didn't know I speak Spanish they started to talk like we annoyed them. They were reluctant to help and he the so-called manager was no better. My TV was not working properly and the room was not clean properly when I came in. When I checked in there was a grape under the desk. And one of my friends accidentally spills some powder in the room. I spent 3 days there and 4 nights of the grapple and the powder was in the room and every day housekeeping supposedly cleaned my room. How do you clean a room and never touch anything they only make the bed flush the toilet and are done.

My wife and I were delighted with our "villa" It was awesome, the patio, jacuzzi, bed, outside shower and private pool, and bar every thing was great and of courrse the little gifts in our room added a very elegant touch champagne, beach bag, fresh fruit etc Our concierge was excellent very attentive , heplful and accomodating. She help explained every thing that was includedin our reservation and made all the arrangements for all the specialty restaurants for the week she was great. Forgot her name 😥 Our room was made up every day and our bed had a different arrengement everyday heart, bow etc. Very classy I was a bit annoyedwith a couple of waiters and bartenders in the buffet and outside the buffet to whom we had to repeat ar reques a cople times because i dont know if they ignored us or they just forgot our request...it was untill they saw the tip that they change their attitude...not very pleased But overall we had a great timein our vacation Thanks Grand Sunset princess!

We were extremately happy with our "villa" the room itself was geogeous with our outside shower bed and inside jacuzzi our private pool. Our concierge was very attentive, accomodating and helpfull she explained in detail what was included with our reservation and helped us reserve most of our dinners in the specialty restaurants and of course the little gifts left in our room... bottle of champagne fruit, beach bag etc was an excellent touch. Our bed was made up every day and left with a different design on the blankets we were thrilled with so much attention Althoug i was a bit annoyed with a couple of the waiters and bartenders by the buffet area cause when my wife or I requested something we had repeat the request a couple of times or more their attitude changed once they saw our tip...Not pleased with that Had a great time in our vacation!
