The Space:

Experience the epitome of opulent living in our spacious 2-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant heart of Playa del Carmen!



Equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, cutlery, and dishes, you'll have everything you need for culinary indulgence. The sofa conveniently transforms into a queen-size bed, each bedroom features a Smart TV, and the living room also boasts a large Smart TV. The second bedroom even has its own private bathroom. Access to the apartment is secured by an electronic PIN code lock, ensuring your peace of mind.



Within the building, you'll discover a wealth of amenities, including a fitness center, a well-equipped business center, a poolside breakfast bar, a raised poolside bar, two swimming pools (one of which is exclusively for adults), a kids' club, a game room complete with a pool table, a movie theater and TV lounge, a sauna, and a spa. While access to the sauna is provided free of charge, please note that spa services are available at an additional cost. 24-hour security, a biometric building access system, and a dedicated reception staff ensure your comfort and safety at all times.



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.

We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed in the room before 5:00 PM.



For your convenience, linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping services). Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests must register and present their identification at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, it will be necessary to register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making the reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.



The Neighborhood:

In a prime location just 150 m from the vibrant 5th Avenue and a short stroll to Playa del Carmen’s beautiful beaches. Walk to cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets and nightlife. You’re also a quick ride from ferry terminals to Cozumel and close to tourist attractions like Parque Fundadores and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Despite the central setting, the building is in a pleasant area where you can relax after exploring.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.



Other Things to Note:

- Travel crib/cot available for $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability — request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

- Complimentary starter kit on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener & bottled water. Not restocked. Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Check-in at reception with ID. Building access is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition); by booking you agree to register it. No refunds if you decline this procedure.

- Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.

- Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.

- For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.



During the 2026 World Cup, the condominium will broadcast some matches in designated common areas, subject to availability and compatibility between the broadcast times of each match and the operating hours of each space. This broadcast is a complimentary extra and is not an essential part of the reservation. If, due to circumstances beyond our control—such as power outages, internet failures, signal interruptions, transmission disruptions, maintenance issues, or condominium restrictions—it is not possible to broadcast a match or the broadcast is interrupted, no refunds, compensation, or penalty-free cancellations will be offered.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.



For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
