"we never stayed at the apartment we could not find the building with that name, and when we called the number on the invoice we was told to get access we need to pay another 500 euros deposit and on your site you tell people not to pay 3rd party, so we stayed at the apartment in your picture but not the same name, and we had to pay again and with no 500 euro deposit

"We stayed in a Junior Suite and were so pleased. It was spacious, the bed enormous, clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good and although we never made it down for breakfast, the buffet at night was great, with lots of choices.
All in all, a calm relaxed week, just what we needed. We will definitely be back, loved it. "
"I loved my stay at Las Rampas. It was a very beautiful and pleasant time, the hotel has so much character and feels premium in other ways. The best part honestly was the location. The close proximity to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, bus & train stations, was well alone worth the stay. Was greeted by friendly staff (especially La Uruguaya, gracias Silvia ❤️) and were so helpful with everything. Would highly recommend staying there, and will hopefully be back again."
"I had an excellent stay at the Leonardo hotel. It was worth paying for a seaview and the location was very central.The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't realise that my bedroom door didn't automatically lock and the cleaner opened my door without knocking, when I had just got out of the shower. However this didn't spoil my holiday the mainly positive experience of staying at the Leonardo.
