"Arrived before check-in time and the man on reception let me check-in. I was on the third floor which the lift took me room bit dated but very clean the hotel is facing the port the receptionist was very helpful and a very charming man only there for 1 night but a great stay thanks"

"Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, but window in bathroom couldn't be opened and fan didn't work. Restaurant had a good choice of food. We had booked room only ..but probably should have changed to all inclusive as ate there mostly. Public areas - staircases particularly weren't swept or cleaned very often which was a pity. Also place had a tired look...doors and some walls needed paint. However, overall we enjoyed our stay. "
