"The room was spotless,well furnished with a decent size balcony. Toiletries are provided however although there was a fridge it was not a mini bar and no bottled water was provided. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. There are 3 separate pools plus a baby/small children pool. There are numerous sun beds available however more sun umbrellas would improve the experience and some certainly need upgrading. Breakfast was excellent,wide and varied choice. In some places the Hotel would benefit from some fresh paint such as the terrace woodwork at the restaurant,the toilets at the pool. Spa facility excellent."

"The highlights of our stay were definitely the food, with both breakfast and dinner being excellent. The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests. The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone entertained and create a lively atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the food, facilities, entertainment, and hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday."

"We really enjoyed our time in the apartment visiting our mother for her 90th birthday. The upstairs bedrooms were very cool and the kitchen and sitting areas worked well. The children were contained by the front and back garden. The pool was a pleasure to use. It was very hot during our stay and the lower bedrooms did get too warm at times. We liked walking down to the sea and going left to the busy Maspalomas or our preference was right to Meloneras which was quieter. Overall the situation of the bungalow worked well. Plenty of on street parking as well as a private space."

"Very lovely hotel, was greeted with champagne and lovely reception staff who were very helpful. The hotel is very quiet, we did not struggle to get sun loungers, very compact resort, easy to navigate. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food and drinks. The cocktails from the bar were very good and reasonably priced. There is a shop at the hotel which was very handy and not too overpriced. The bus to the beach was very convenient and always came on time and quick journey. Could walk to the center by the beach around 20 minutes or 5 euro taxi, a great selection of restaurants and bars and shops. Our room was very spacious with lots of seating and cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for accommodating us."

"Family of 4 with two teenagers. Lovely apartment, exactly like pictures. Excellent communication from host - accommodated early check-in for us. Friendly welcome. Apartment nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely, private front garden & patio which gets the sun all afternoon/evening - 2 private loungers & dining table to seat 6. Small issue with downstairs sink which was fully resolved within a couple of hours of being reported, thank you! Pool area very clean & quiet, plenty of loungers. Walkable to many restaurants/shops in Meloneras (just under 1 mile from apartment). 2 large supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Apartment cleaned midway through our stay and towels replaced. Beach towels also provided which was very useful. Everything about our stay was great. Only thing to note is that the downstairs bedroom does not have air-conditioning, however a fan was provided."
