"This is a really great family hotel, second time here. Lots of things for youngsters to do. Maybe not so much for adults but keeping the shorties occupied is part of the reason for being here. Staff are friendly and excellent, any problems you might have(or at least I have had) get rectified straight away. Food is good, great variety and lots of options. Room was excellent, comfortable, well equiped and clean. Could do with more coffee sachets though :D Oh, parking can be a bit of a pain, you either have to pay to use the car park or take a chance and use the rubble strewn and cratered free car park outside. That's my only minor gripe."

"My favorite part was the access to the beach which was right in front of our hotel. The bathroom shower is small but for the view, parking availability and amenities I give it 5 stars."

"We had a great holiday at this hotel at a good price for four people. The only downside that our room was not clean for three days. We stayed at the third floor and it was very windy most of the time,the two swimming pools was lovely and plenty of sunbeds.The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. South tenerife airport is near this hotel around 10 t0 15 mins by taxi and planes do fly over this hotel but this is not that bad."

"The property was very close to the airport but secluded which allowed for privacy and quiet. The staff was amazing, always helpful and attended to our every needs."

"The staff were amazing. They were always ready to help and no question of mine felt ridiculous. It truly felt like home away from home. The food was excellent and worth every penny. Best paella ever. Extremely beautiful location. The closest hotel to the sea. We’re able to take walks along the rocky beach or even morning jogs. We really felt pampered and relaxed. The pillows were heavenly. I slept like a baby every night. Like sleeping on clouds. Reception is open 24/7 and you can actually see the staff cleaning and maintaining the clean environment almost all the time. I can’t find any faults at all. I also loved the personalised postcard from the manager Javier. I will definitely be back. Great for a romantic getaway or even a solo trip away from the city life and work. Aesthetically pleasing hotel. Every angle is great for picture. Well done team. 10 of 10. 5 star."
