"The pre arrival procedures and correspondence from the owner were excellent. Our arrival at the property was very smooth. Michelle (The Property Management contact) was there on time to meet and greet us and explain everything we needed to know. Unfortunately a couple of days into our stay we experienced a very heavy storm which affected the whole area's water supply for about 10 days (basically we couldn't use the water to shower, cook, wash clothes etc). During this period the support we received from the owner via emails was very good, but Michelle in particular was outstanding - bringing us fresh towels and even offering to let her use her house to shower!The apartment itself is overall very good and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the shower rooms very good. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which covers a large area. There were plenty of sun beds and seating areas. One thing I would say though is maybe the sun bed cushions have seen better days and could do with replacing . Also, there is no hot tub or sea view - which are listed as apartment amenities.We had a problem with the washing machine, but the owner and Michelle were very quick to sort this and get it repaired - which as a guest is all you can ask for, we do understand that occasionally things break down.To get to the pool you have to exit the apartment and walk on the street around the corner of the complex and access is via a locked door.Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I would be wary of this hotel. The hotel location is great and the rooms were basic but clean with a nice breakfast. Unfortunately when we arrived we were charged for the room, it was not until i checked we realusee we had paid via hotels.com when we did the original booking we told the hotel staff this and they assured us we wiuld get the money refunded. This never happened and we had to go via hotels com and eventually received the refund from the. Not ideal."

"A group of 4 friends. The photos make the villa look a lot bigger. Not sure it would suit 10 adults. One downstairs WC (tiny) with separate double shower room. Upstairs is 1 main bathroom and 1 small shower room & WC. The pool area is lovely. Villa was spotless and well presented. Mattresses are very comfortable. Plenty of towels. They really need to provide a welcome pack (water at least) for late arrivals. The area is very desolate. 15 min walk to nearest beach/town. No nearby shops and no views around the villa. Car required. "

"The apartment was absolutely lovely if not quite what we expected. Its on the 2nd floor and faces to the north, part of a 20 or so complex with a shared pool for the complex. Not quite 'Private' as advertised. However it really wasn't very busy at all and we regularly had the pool to yourselves so after the initial dissapointment we got used to it and have had an amazing chilled out time. The beach onto Mar Menor right out the gate with lovely warm water and snorkeling was brilliant and the views absolutely stunning too! We did have a brill time and would cetainly consider again inbthe future. Note the wifi was pretty unstable and dropped out completely but Gerard immediately got a technician in who was able to sort it and was somewhat improved after that."
