"Very happy with our stay at the hotel 525. We booked a junior suite which was spacious and tastefully decorated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It's a good location for bars and restaurants and for exploring other areas of the Murcia region. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay so we weren't able to take a dip."

"Lovely stay. Went with two teenage boys who enjoyed exploring on their scooters. Modern and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool a bit cold but still only spring! Would definitely go back."

"Lots of shops/restaurants near by. Very close to the beach. Single room was perfectly adequate for a few nights. You get what you pay for. Very cheap nighty price. Very basic breakfast, which I expected, but then had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee! Staff could try to dress a bit more appropiately - it is a hotel after all. "

"Marie and Franck were fantastic hosts, friendly and welcoming and gave a lot of information at check in and also throughout our stay about local events/restaurants etc. We had the pool heated and used it almost everyday, It's a really good sized pool to get a swim done, the pool is really well maintained by Franck. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for Marie and Franck. Very enjoyable stay and we would like to book again in the future, Recommended 5*"

"The villa was in a neglected state, with mould, rusted furniture, unclean, furniture falling apart, general disrepair which has clearly built up over years. Attempting to hide the most awful stained furniture with throws, far from what was advertised. Communication with the host was unresponsive, and the key holder was hostile. We strongly advise future guests to reconsider, especially as the owner is holding us responsible for what is clearly years of neglect. "
