Extremely clean resort, rooms are large, staff are brilliant, everybody from the gardeners to the pool staff are friendly and helpful. Reception staff do everything they can to help, love this resort.

There was no cutlery or wine glasses or milk for the coffee or snacks or drinks or welcome fruit in our suite. You couldn't order food or find the menu from the QR code on the TV. For some reason you had to use another code on the key holder. When we tried to see the menu in the restaurant she said people were eating there so we couldn't see one. Weird. Rest of the staff were good and food was excellent, so pleased we perserved
