"I can't say enough good things about this resort. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. The staff were some of the kindest, most genuine people we've ever met. As a Mexican American, the warmth and hospitality felt especially authentic—everyone made us feel truly welcome from the very beginning. After check-in, we were driven to our room in a luxury golf cart, and the property immediately took our breath away. The resort is absolutely stunning, with panoramic ocean views everywhere you look. Our room was just steps from both the pool and the beach, making it easy to enjoy the incredible scenery at any time of day. The food was outstanding, and with unlimited drinks and dining included, every meal felt like a treat. On our first night, we had dinner while watching a live mariachi and folklórico performance overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect introduction to Cabo and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The resort is also conveniently located—only about a 15–20 minute Uber ride from downtown Cabo, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful, luxurious escape. Even during our excursions, we found ourselves looking forward to getting back to the resort because it was truly the highlight of our trip. Every detail of this property is designed to showcase the beauty of the ocean, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. We left already talking about when we could come back, and I would recommend this resort to anyone!"

"My family and I really enjoyed the hotel. They have lots of amenities and it’s perfect for families. The views were so beautiful and the all inclusive package is very worth it. The staff was very nice but I do feel like they were a bit understaffed but that’s management the employees were all great and did the best they could. Will deff plan to stay here again."

"Overall, our stay at the Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos was highly enjoyable, though it's clear the property is still in transition. While it is now part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, the current standards still fall a bit short of what you might typically expect from the brand. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member, I would still absolutely recommend this all-inclusive property—just don't head into it expecting JW Marriott luxury. The resort boasts a beautiful, picturesque location right on the beach. However, keep in mind that the ocean here is entirely non-swimmable. You cannot enter the water, so come prepared to spend your time lounging by the pools rather than wading in the surf. The onsite restaurants were consistently solid across the board. The standout culinary experience of our trip was definitely Del Cortez. Note: There is a $35.00 USD surcharge per person to dine here, even on the all-inclusive plan. Is it worth it? Yes. The incredible beachside ambience, stunning views, high food quality, and attentive service make the extra fee well worth it for a special night. The absolute highlight of this resort is the staff. From the front desk and pool servers to the restaurant waiters, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. They truly go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. A fantastic option for families and Bonvoy members looking for great service and a beautiful property, as long as you understand the ongoing brand transition."

"You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Villa Cisne in Cabo del Sol was outstanding from start to finish. Booking through Luxury Villa Collections made the entire experience seamless. Fernanda was incredibly helpful during the planning process, assisting with transportation, golf tee times, restaurant reservations, shopping recommendations, and making sure every detail was covered before we arrived. Once we were there, Ana was amazing—always responsive, checking in regularly, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.The house itself was absolutely beautiful—set right on the beach with stunning views and everything we could have asked for. The pool was fantastic and ended up being a favorite spot for both us and the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The daily housekeeping and pool maintenance were also very much appreciated and handled professionally, which made the stay feel even more effortless and enjoyable. The drivers were professional, the restaurant recommendations were excellent, and every part of the trip felt seamless thanks to the team. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Cisne and Luxury Villa Collections to anyone planning a trip to Cabo."
