"Hotel was convenient to Chamue beach. Has an excellent pool, and excellent chef breakfasts (extra for very reasonable price). 15 minutes walk to town center or boat tours/ Santa Cruz beach. Recommend Terracotta Restaurant in town center. Room was clean and spacious. Fresh sheets , and clean towels daily. Internet was poor on 3rd floor, supposedly a local tower was in repair. Friendly and helpful staff."

"The room was clean and has a beautiful ocean view. The staff was amazing and the food was really good with an extensive variety of dishes for all tastes, this is a family friendly property but has an adult pool. The beach is beautiful and clean, you can even see fish if you walk a little bit. Over all my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back with the family."

"First of all my wife and I loved our stay. Everyone was helpful, food was delicious ( we ate at 2 reserved restaurants, but we enjoyed tge buffet a lil more at Bellavista which has a beautiful view to the ocean ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ). This property is very big and located on a mountain cliff and you need to take lil shuttles ( 8 at a time) to & from your room property to the Lobby/restaurant/ Pool area. They have Pickleball, basketball, volleyball, soccer courts and 3 billiard pool tables. Beach is very calm and beautiful clear water.. it does have a nice family pool and separate Adults only pool. The staff works very hard so please remember to leave a tip, I noticed alot of guests didnt tip at the restaurants and bar area.. Thank you to the whole friendly and hardworking staff, you made our stay memorable and we will definitely be back."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this property. The staff keeps the whole place in great shape. The unit we stayed in had great views, and was kept comfortable by the ocean breezes and occasional A/C use. We knew that it would be a climb to get to the place, which it is. It didn't bother us, but this is probably not a good choice for someone with serious health issues."

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely condo that was very comfortable for our family. The beds were very comfy and it was nice to have so much space. The air conditioning kept a place nice and cool. We were very pleased with the Arrocito beach that was just a few minute walk from the room. The water was nice and clear and very suitable for snorkeling and for little kids to play safely. We saw lots of fish and the kids enjoyed playing around the rocks and seeing all the crabs. The place is a bit remote in the fact that if you need any food or drinks, you do have to make a drive into town to get anything, unless you want to eat at the restaurant at the Beach there. There was lots of construction going on that we could hear quite early in the morning but we were aware of this also. It’s a nice jungle view from the room and has a pool just outside the condo room."
