Das Haus hat das gehalten ,was es versprochen hat . Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet!
Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig!
Für uns war es ein vollkommen gelungener Urlaub.

Toller Ausblick und schönes Ambiente; warmes OG, keine Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern :(
Wir waren mit der Familie zu sechst (alles Erwachsene) im Juni da. In der kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung haben MarthaSee und Friedi sie beste Lage zum See. Toller Blick auf den See, Interieur schön und wohnlich; äußere Sitzgelegenheit, Grill alles bestens. Leider war es in den beiden oberen Schlafräumen sehr warm. Nachts strahlte das Dach auch bei gemäßigten Tagestemperaturen unter 20 Grad viel Wärme nach innen ab. Wir hatten viele (Stech-) Mücken. Da Moskitonetze an den Fenstern (und Terrassentüren) fehlten, konnten die oben Schlafenden keine Fenster zur Kühlung nachts öffnen. Im unteren Schlafzimmer war das Schlafklima gut. In der Ferienhaussiedlung haben alle Häuser bis auf die (vier?) Häuser der Vermieter bereits Moskitonetze angebracht.
Für den, den das beim Essen auf der Terrasse stören könnte: MarthaSee liegt mit dem Grundstück am Strandweg der Siedlung und vor der Siedlung verläuft die „Strandpromenade“/ Radweg mit zwei Bänken. Uns störte das Grüßen über die (noch niedrige Hecke) nicht. Um den Garten kümmerte sich ein Gärtner.
Nach der Anmietung wurde uns von den Vermietern noch Bettwäsche (13 €/Person) und Handtücher (8,50 €/Person) sowie ein Last-Check-out am Anreisetag bis 16 Uhr für 40 € angeboten, ebenso eine günstigere Verlängerung für eine folgende Buchungslücke von zwei Tagen. Wir nahmen Bettwäsche/ Handtücher dankend an, ebenso das Last-Check-out. Von der Annahme des Last-Check-out können wir nur abraten. Als alles bereits bezahlt war, traten die Vermieter zwei Tage vor unserer Abfahrt in den Urlaub von der beidseitigen Vereinbarung des Last-Check-out einseitig zurück und waren auch nicht zu einem Kompromiss hinsichtlich des Abreisezeitpunktes bereit. Die Reinigung des Hauses ist dabei unverrückbar mit 6 Stunden eingeplant. Wer damit plant, muss sich wohl darauf einstellen, dass sich die Vermieter das bis zum Abreisetag einseitig einfach anders überlegen. Umgekehrt denke ich nicht, dass ein Rücktritt vom Last-Check-out möglich gewesen wäre. Der Hausschlüssel ist eine elektronische Zahlenkombination.
Die Gästemappe des Hauses ist sehr hilfreich und beinhaltet gute Tipps. Vom Brötchenservice raten wir ab. Bereits am ersten Auslieferungstag war die gelieferte Brötchentüte (nochmals eingepackt in eine Plastiktüte) wohl von Vierbeinern zerfetzt worden und von 10 Brötchen blieben zwei angeknabberte übrig.
Schöner kleiner öffentlicher Badestrand in Fußnähe über den Rad-/Fußweg. Bei uns war dieser nie überfüllt.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus.
Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war auch bestens ausgestattet & die Lage war auch wunderbar um morgens einen Blick auf den See zu haben. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt! :)
