"They property is not suitable for those with young children. No handrail on stairs and spiral staircase to roof terrace , propriety needs some attention. The light in kitchen did not work properly while there is a hob there is no cooker no grill. Microwave yes but grill option didn’t work .hot water is in a tank you have to plug in. ( I wasn’t aware of this and it wasn’t made clear in listing)Lots of other people’s stuff left in draws. Kitchen door had been removed but left in bedroom. Bathroom door didn’t close.Roof terrace and outside could do with a clean up scruffy again stuff left around. side aircon and broad band both excellent The area is quiet and local super market . Definitely need a car if staying hereOveral disapointed but could easily be better "

"For me, I was visiting an old friend living in La Marina Urbanisation. It was easy for me to use this accommodation primarily for staying overnight. It was clean and with necessary creature comforts. The quiet road outside was good for parking my car. Communication with the owner by WhatsApp made life easy if anything was required "
