The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. Par contre l’accueil n’est pas le même pour tous les clients de l’hôtel. Personne ne nous a proposé de prendre nos bagages comme pour les arrivées avant et après nous (nous avons vu et entendu les propositions pour les autres). C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir eu cette petite attention...
