Hotel property is great (even though it’s not in the beach , and there is a great view from the pool deck.
Our issue is more about our booking. Initially we booked two rooms but after coming to the hotel we saw that we actually booked a room and a two bedroom studio. We told the hotel and Expedia that we want to move to the studio and vacate the room. The hotel staff actually told us to do that but the hotel and Expedia refused to refund the room we did not use so we ended up spending $1200 extra for room we did not use. Hotel gave use a 10% discount for our last day.

Our stay at Hotiday in Olbia, although brief, was amazing. We'd just arrived from JFK and went to drop off our luggage and wander about town. We were actually able to check in several hours early, since the hotel staff knew that we were jetlagged and had our room ready before official check in time. Hotel staff were fantastic at recommending sites and restaurants to visit during our short stay. Hotel staff are top notch and very knowledgable! Our room was very comfortable, cool, and clean. The buffet breakfast included with our stay was enormous, and catered to many different cuisines, not only Italian. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overbooked and no proper replacement
"I had ordered a room in the hotel with at least Wifi. They ran out of rooms and tried to save the situation by offering us a cottage. The cottage had a terrible bad smell and there was no internet (Wifi) connection. Breakfast was terrible, instant coffee, only croissants, no proper bread and only ..."
