"Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man sich in einem Bett einen Lattenrost und kein Holzbrett. Deshalb waren die Nächte ungemütlich, sodass meine Frau nach den Übernachtungen zum Arzt gehen musste. Das Frühstück war für ein 4Sterne Hotel sehr dürftig. Es hat oft an Nachschub gemangelt und die Auswahl war sehr gering für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. "

But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."

"The staff at Hotel Ruze were more than accomodating and kind. My partner uses a wheelchair and we were assisted every step of the way. And there were a lot of steps! Things that would have been helpful to know: the spa is downstairs, two sets of stairs. It’s gorgeous. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The Thai massages were excellent. But had I known that it was not accessible, we would not have booked for the spa weekend. Hotel Ruze is old and it’s beautiful. Impeccibly decorated and clean. Staff...

"Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all. She did nothing to make our stay comfortable. I asked If there was a fan, to which she replied she does not know. I later asked if the tap water was drinkable via message...

"We were very happy with our 2 night stay here. The building is very nice. Our room was clean and offered everything we needed, the location was great for walking to everything in Old Krumlov. The breakfast was great. We would stay here again."

"Vi fik et værelse helt oppe under kvisten med en stor dobbeltseng og to enkelt senge til trods for at vi kun var to personer. En sofa var placeret meget mærkværdigt bag et skab, og værelset var på ingen måde hyggeligt. Værelset havde ingen aircondition og kun et lille vindue, og det var 35 grader varmt udenfor. Vinduet var nødt til at stå åben, men det var næsten ulideligt da en stank af fritureolie bredte sig til værelset. Morgenmaden var elendig, og personalet virkede lettere irriteret over...
