"I traveled with my daughter and her family. I loved that there were enough bedrooms for everyone and 3 levels of space that we never felt crowded. Barry was an exceptional host. The property was centrally located to all our activities (Denver Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Rocky Mountain National Park and Silverthorne) making day trips easy. The kids liked the gameroom and theatre. My daughter and I liked the washer, dryer and dish washer. It made it easy to move from day to day effortlessly. We will reserve this property when we come to Colorado again!"

"We loved the house. It worked great for us. We would stay there again. The host reached out a couple of times to see if we needed anything. "

"The space was roomy and comfortable. The area was very nice, safe, and had lots of convenient businesses nearby. However, our check in was supposed to be at 4 pm. At 3:56 pm, the host texted to let me know it hadn’t been cleaned or accessed yet. I had to find something to do for an hour and a half with my kids while they prepared the space. Once inside, the sheets on one bed were still dirty and covered in hair/dirt. Fortunately, there’s a washer and dryer, so I was able to wash some sheets and towels. "

"The location this time of year was magical because of the Christmas lights throughout the neighborhood. It was a cute, quiet place with an awesome backyard that over looks a park! Had an excellent stay without any issues."
