No hot tub. Pool was closed for had the stay. Fridge was not working causing 149$ worth of food to go bad. Rooms were dirty.

When trying to tell staff that their charging ports in the rooms ruined our phones, they over kept saying it was because we didn’t have switches on. That has nothing to do with damaging our phones. I had to buy a new phone.
