Off the Beaten Path on Little Gasparilla Island
Watch the day gently slip away over the bay from this charming two bedroom retreat. Accessible only by boat, this home offers true island tranquility-no cars, no traffic, just coastal calm.



Relax on the screened lanai with sweeping bay views or stroll to the private beach for sunset. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the comforts you need for an extended getaway



Accommodates up to seven guests (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, two futons, and an extra twin mattress).
Amenities include satellite WiFi, air conditioning, 75 inch Smart TV, books, games, cornhole, darts, hammock, beach chairs and towels, kayak, two paddleboards, and community dock for boats up to 24 feet.
Bird's Nest, our sister property next door, is available for larger groups-rent both to accommodate up to 13 guests and receive a discount. Golf cart rentals available on island (not included).



Boat-only access via water taxi or private boat. Rates subject to 12% tax, cleaning and reservation fees. $500 refundable deposit required.

Bay watch

Lovely house! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the beach. The clothes dryer is a little loud and is missing the lint filter, so a few articles of clothing went missing…but we found them below the house where the dryer vent blows out. Other than that little mystery, our stay was perfect!

Great place with beautiful rooftop views.

The location is perfect to take your own boat and explore the sandbar and surrounding areas. Beach is just a short walk away.

Happy Ending

We ran into some challenges upon arrival. The owners had double-booked and there was someone in our unit. We were unable to reach them until 8 am the next day. They were not available from 10pm until the morning. Scott was pleasant to communicate with and made amends by giving us two-nights free and use of his private golf cart. He was also genuinely apologetic which was greatly appreciated after all of the difficulties. It’s a quiet space and the owners were kind. It was an unfortunate situation but we enjoyed our stay overall. :)

Great Time!

Loved our stay on LGI, took some work to figure out the ferry rides, but once that was completed, it was an awesome stay. Looking forward to coming back.

Great little getaway!

Perfect place for 2 of us to stay. Right off the dock for a very short distance to carry everything as we arrive and leave. Nice short walk to the beach. So glad there were beach chairs. A beach umbrella would be a great addition. We would stay here again for sure!

Island Life

Great week on Little Gaspirilla Island. Our unit was located on the Intercoastal side but was a short walk to the Gulf beach. The beach is quiet and beautiful. The neighbors were amazingly friendly and fun to be with. Will definitely go back.

Home to relax

We loved our stay and downtime in this cute elevated island home. We stayed in and did not venture around the island. Don’t forget to make your water taxi reservations like we did. There is no other way to get here. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
