Cozy Guesthouse on 5 acres

  • Cozy guest house on 5 acres of gorgeous property. Located in a beautiful countryside, close to the American river activities, gorgeous hiking and sightseeing. The property offers 2 seasonal ponds, lots of wild life, beautiful natural landscape. You will have an access to the hot tub, bbq, laundry room. You can bring your four legged friends with you. You also have an access to the pond house (attached in the pictures). It`s a relaxing area with furniture, electric fireplace, pond and a piano.
