Just a minute from the end of the driveway will take you from the tranquility of this charming one bedroom condo to the beach, world famous sidewalk, stores, bakery or bank. 5 minutes down the sidewalk gets you right to the heart of all the action in the village or 3 minutes up brings you to the Placencia Beach Club to laze the day away!

This spacious condo has a large bedroom with a new King Size mattress, very large dresser, hanging rack with hangers and extra storage for the provided towels and linens. The door to the fenced-in back yard is right here too so letting your pooch out is easy and worry-free.
With a large walk-in shower the bathroom also has a washer should you wish to freshen up your clothes during your stay.
The kitchen/dining area is well stocked for most peoples needs with pots, pans, silverware, plates and dishes.
The living room has a large futon that sleeps 2 more. A large Smart TV ensures you won't miss your shows thanks to the complimentary high speed WiFi.
