"From the moment I arrived, the kindness and thoughtfulness of Antonio and Assunta were amazing - thank you for looking after me, your advice and kind offers. The villa itself was in a beautiful and tranquil location, with everything you could need. There was even a roof terrace with a beautiful view down to the sea. The large garden area had lots of different areas to sit outside and enjoy, including a pond and rockery which Antonio had built himself. The seafront and beach at Torre Vado could be reached on foot (about 2km downhill on quiet roads) - a great place to go for a swim, to eat or for a drink. The kitchen was very well-equipped and there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and some wine to welcome me. It was a great location from which to explore the coastline - Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and only an hour from the beautiful city of Lecce which was well worth a day trip. Some great recommendations for places to eat from Antonio and places to visit.Antonio was always available for help or questions, but was also discreet and careful not to disturb. Very kind hosts and a truly beautiful place to stay for ten days.Grazie mille per tutti !"

Un merci particulier à Paola pour le délicieux petit déjeuner servi chaque matin avec soin et attention. Merci également à M. Luigi pour son service attentionné au quotidien, sa disponibilité et la bouteille de vin gentiment offerte au moment de notre départ, une très belle attention. L’hôtel est également très bien situé pour découvrir Maglie et le Salento. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons sans hésitation cette adresse pleine de caractère."

They had clear instructions and had everything we needed including beach umbrella/towels. Brunch was on the terrace and it was beautiful.
